Re. Shipping

Standard shipping is free to US residents on all orders totaling $50 USD or more.

Based on the amount of merchandise purchased:

  • U.S. residents pay a base rate of $5 USD that can increase to $10 USD

  • Canada residents pay a base rate of $25 USD that can increase to $50 USD

Oh Boy Artifacts ships anywhere in the United States primarily via USPS and throughout Canada primarily via UPS. International shipping is currently unavailable.

US residents can expect orders to arrive within 3-5 business days from the order date. Residents of Canada can expect orders to arrive within 4-7 business days from the order date. Express mail options are not currently available.

Orders placed Mondays through Fridays before 4:00 PM PST ship the next day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays ship the following work day. Occasionally there are carrier delays due to inclement weather, worker slowdowns, strikes and other such events that may affect your shipment. We do what we can.

If we receive a high volume of orders on any given day, shipments may be delayed by a day. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you by email or telephone.

Oh Boy Artifacts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All tariffs, taxes, and fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Provided a product is not damaged, returns are accepted without question within thirty (30) days after the customer receives the product. Please contact us at artifacts@ohboyartifacts.com to initiate the return process.

If you received a product that you did not order or arrives damaged, send an email to artifacts@ohboyartifacts.com, and we'll remedy the situation immediately.

Returns typically take 2-3 weeks from the time you initiate the process to complete.

Refunds are for the value paid for the returned item(s) and the item's portion of shipping costs.
